Welcome to Chilli Chicks!! My name is Bookie.
I am Thai, born in a small town in the North called Lampang. Cooking  has always
been my passion. From a very young age I was fascinated by how my grandmother
created tasty and aromatic dishes from those simple fresh ingredients. Chilli
Chicks was set up to share my continuing passion.
 
I now, with many years in restaurant management and a life time of catering
experience,am ready to share my passion and knowledge of Thai cuisine. I really
want Chilli Chicks to be a fun and beneficial experience for people who are keen
to learn the practical skills and physical benefitsof real Thai cooking.
Qualifications from The Thai Ministry of Labour in Thai Cooking,
 Bakery, Floristry, Fruit and Vegetable Carving, Thai Dessert Making
and our goal of bringing AuthenticThai Cuisine 
                         to the thousands make Chilli Chicksthe right choice.                       

We believe that we are what we eat, so our attention to the food we cook starts
with the smallest details. From the basic, healthy ingredients, to the method of cooking.
We believe that everyone can cook and enjoy wholesome, tasty, home cooked food.
Our dishes are simple to make and most of the ingredients are easy to find in your
local grocery and vegetable store.
